My name is Kristal. Also known as "Kris". As the former owner, and founder of Go Away Petsitting, and a licensed real estate broker, I have been entrusted with the keys of many homes in the Rochester area since 1990. I believe strongly in providing clients with a high level of service, based on communication and trust.
I am a full time Realtor® and a licensed associate broker with Hunt Real Estate. I am also a member of The Greater Rochester Association Of Realtors, as well as The New York Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
As a Realtor®, I am held to a higher standard within the industry. My association with Hunt/ERA allows me to bring you the benefits of a full service brokerage, and state of the art products, and services, that others simply can't offer.
I work as an independant Realtor® specializing in residential real estate. I also work as a team with my mother, Ann Marszalek (owner of Ann & Co. auction house, and a Licensed Realtor) We specialize in listing estate properties in Rochester, NY, for out of town sellers. Between the two of us, we have an extensive database of contacts in the Rochester area.
In today’s market climate, you need a capable, effective realtor who will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, my ability to listen to the clients' needs and desires, my negotiating skills, and my aggressive use of modern technology keep me ahead of my competition.
My aim is to guide my clients successfully through the process of managing their real estate. My ambitions lie in establishing a long-term, satisfying relationship with my clients. In order to achieve this, I use honest, and open methods of communication, aimed at meeting the needs and goals of my customers.
I take extreme pride in my work. I care about making a difference. I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime, and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer their family and friends to me because they know I will do everything in my power to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.
On a personal level, one of the greatest joys of my life is my daughter, and our golden retriever "Princess" who lives up to her name. In my spare time I enjoy boating, photography, and gardening.
